SHIPPING

 

All Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or National holidays.

 

If we have a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed a few business days. Please allow additional time for transit for delivery. If there is any problem with your order, we will contact you via email or phone number provided in the purchase order.

 

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMINATION OF SHIPMENT IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, PLEASE CONTACT US WITH YOUR NAME AND ORDER ID NUMBER. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

 

Shipping charges are not included in the price of an item. You must

pay shipping on UPS, USPS, FedEx, & LTL Freight. 

Orders received by mail, paid by check

or money order, in which shipping charges have not been included will be sent shipping charges collect. 

 

 Trucking lines are chosen from experience, with consideration given to transit time and price; however, you may request a

particular freight company during the check out process.

 

d. IMPORTANT!!! All shipments should be carefully inspected at time of delivery, because all freight damage claims

must be filed by you to the delivering carrier immediately. 

 The merchandise leaves our Facility in excellent condition; therefore, MME accepts NO responsibility on

damaged freight.

APO/FPO address, complete payment is mandatory. 

We Do Not Ship To PO Boxes  

If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified at once

with the approximate shipping date.

 

RETURNS

Authorization of any MME product must have MME's approval first.  A Return Goods Invoice (RGI) number will be

given to you upon approval. This number must appear clearly on the outside of the package you are returning.

 Merchandise must be returned prepaid, in original package, and with a copy of the original invoice.

 

REFUND

Any returns due to an error on Midwest Military Equipment will be credited within 30 days in the total amount

including any shipping charges to bring items back. 

 Any rebuilt parts, special order items, seals, brakes, or electrical parts & components are non-returnable and DO NOT qualify for a refund. 

 

Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

PLEASE NOTE

If this procedure is not followed, NO credit, NO refund, NO exchange will be allowed.

All returns must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase date.
