1944 GMC DUKW 

- 270 6 Cylinder Gasoline Powdered Engine

- 5 Speed Manual Transmission 

- 2 Speed Transfer Case

- 6 Wheel Drive

This DUKW was purchased by us in the winter of 2023 from a company out of Pennsylvania. It had been garage kept from the mid 1960's by the previous owner till 2023. Since acquiring we have preformed a ton of repair work to the vehicle brining it up to a very nice drivable and showable DUKW. We have gone thru the brake system, replaced all of the axle seals & repacked the wheel bearings. We also went thru and serviced all of the fluids in the engine and transmission along with steam cleaning and sealing the fuel tank. Original wood flooring was replaced & the vehicle was sanded, epoxy primed and painted in correct WW2 paint. Starts right up and runs very very smooth. A Majority of the wiring has been redone. Tires are in very good condition. We have a clean PA title in hand ready to be reassigned to its new owner.
