Replacement LMTV/MTV CTIS/Wheel Protector

Tools Required:

15/16” Socket

13/16” Socket

7/8” Open End Wrench or socket

Medium strength Thread Lock

Depending on current wheel stud condition we recommend running a 5/8-18 die over the wheel studs used for mounting the cover

 Installation Instructions: 

-Install Edge guard on inner edge of wheel cover

-Place wheel cover over vehicle wheel assembly

-Align CTIS valve stem with large hole in cover

-Mark the three studs used for mounting the cover visible thru the cover mounting holes

-Install coupling nut on marked studs from previous step NOTE: if the coupling nut is difficult to thread on to the wheel stud use a 5/8-18 die to clean the threads of any          debris

- Tighten Coupling nuts until they are tight to existing wheel stud nuts

-Mount wheel cover using provided 5/8-18 bolts & washers

-Tighten bolts using a 15/16” socket to 40-45ft lbs.

-Adjustment of the CTIS feed hose may be required. If so loosen the banjo bolt and rotate the line for proper clearance.
