MILITARY LMTV FMTV TRUCK CTIS WHEEL RIM VALVE & AIR HOSE M1078 M1083 M1088 A1

-New old stock gov surplus Spicer CTIS wheel valve with hoses for the LMTV trucks and several of the MRAP trucks. Hard to find   part!

-Each one is opened up and replace the rubber valve diaphragm with a new one.

-We have seen an older rim style where the smaller air line side connection to the wheel is different, if you have the older style     you may have to reuse your smaller line to the wheel valve. The valve and long line will be the same.

-Banjo bolt with the 2 seal washers included.

DO YOUR TIRES LEAK DOWN AFTER A FEW DAYS? EASY WAY TO TEST AND SEE IF AIR IS LEAKING THRU THE WHEEL VALVE. SPRAY THE HOSES, VALVE AND RIM SEAL WITH WINDEX LOOK FOR BUBBLES FROM AIR LEAKING. UNSCREW BANJO BOLT FROM THE HUB. GET A PLASTIC BAG AND RUBBER BAND. PUT PLASTIC BAG SCRUNCHED DOWN OVER THE BANJO/HOSE END AND RUBBER BAND TIGHT AGAINST THE HOSE. IF AIR IS LEAKING OUT THRU THE WHEEL VALVE THE BAG WILL EXPAND.
